In Gracie’s Words:

“While working with Trov, a digital insurance technology company, I was tasked with the challenge of merging 2 buildings together to create one cohesive office space. The Trov team desired an industrial aesthetic filled with plants, wood, iron, and eclectic touches.

We removed the drywall that had been plastered over the brick in the 90’s and used a mix of flexible and organic furniture to make the space feel more authentic and cozy.

We made sure that each room had unifying elements so the entire space felt cohesive even though the architecture of the two buildings were different.

Because most of their team worked remotely, they requested fewer desks, more informal collaboration spaces, and an abundance of zoom rooms to encourage cross collaboration all around the world.

If your teams are looking to make the transition back to the office with a mixture of remote work- we can work with you to make this a reality!”
